باختصار: نجمع اسم حسابك وبريدك الإلكتروني عند تسجيل الدخول، وإحصاءات لعبك (النقاط والإنجازات) لمزامنتها بين أجهزتك. جميع المدفوعات تتم عبر Apple ولا نطّلع أبداً على بيانات بطاقتك. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نعرض إعلانات ولا نتتبعك عبر تطبيقات أخرى. يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك بالكامل من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت.

١. المقدمة والنطاق

هذه السياسة صادرة عن مطوّر تطبيق «فطنة» (مطوّر فردي مستقل) («نحن»)، ومقرّها دولة الكويت، بصفتها المتحكم بالبيانات لتطبيق «فطنة» (Fatinah)، وهو لعبة جماعية ثقافية باللغة العربية لأجهزة iOS. توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها عند استخدامك للتطبيق، وأغراض جمعها، وكيفية حمايتها، وحقوقك المتعلقة بها. باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك تقرّ بأنك اطّلعت على هذه السياسة.

٢. البيانات التي نجمعها

أ. بيانات تقدّمها أنت

معلومات تسجيل الدخول: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف ومعرّف الحساب، بحسب وسيلة الدخول التي تختارها.
محتوى داخل اللعبة: أسماء الفرق، والفئات والأسئلة العائلية التي تنشئها.
مراسلات الدعم عند تواصلك معنا.

ب. بيانات تُجمع تلقائياً

إحصاءات اللعب: النقاط، الإنجازات، الأسئلة التي شاهدتها (لمنع التكرار)، ومدة الجلسات.
مؤشرات التفاعل الأساسية: بدء الجولة وإكمالها وعدد الإجابات ومستوى الصعوبة، لتحسين جودة اللعبة دون تتبع إعلاني.
بلاغات الأسئلة: معرّف السؤال ونصه وسبب البلاغ والتفاصيل التي تختار كتابتها، لغرض مراجعة المحتوى وتصحيحه.
بيانات تقنية: معرّف تثبيت/جهاز للإشعارات، وطراز الجهاز، وإصدار النظام والتطبيق، واللغة والمنطقة، وسجلات الأعطال والتشخيص، وعنوان IP بشكل مؤقت لأغراض التشغيل والحماية.
بيانات سلامة التطبيق ومكافحة إساءة الاستخدام: معرّف مفتاح App Attest مستعار، ومفتاحه العام وreceipt وعداد التوقيع، وتحديات تشفير قصيرة الصلاحية، وحالة استخدام الجولة التعريفية. هذه ليست بصمة إعلانية ولا بيانات بيومترية.

ج. بيانات لا نجمعها إطلاقاً

لا يجمع التطبيق جهات الاتصال، ولا الصور، ولا الموقع الجغرافي الدقيق، ولا البيانات الصحية، ولا يستخدم الميكروفون أو الكاميرا. إذا أُضيفت مستقبلاً ميزة تتطلب شيئاً من ذلك فسيُطلب إذنك الصريح داخل التطبيق أولاً.

٣. المشتريات والاشتراكات

تُعالَج جميع المدفوعات والاشتراكات عبر Apple (App Store / StoreKit) حصراً. لا نستلم ولا نخزّن أرقام بطاقات الدفع أو أي بيانات مصرفية إطلاقاً؛ وكل ما يصلنا هو معرّف معاملة مجهول الهوية وحالة الاشتراك (فعّال/منتهٍ) لتفعيل المزايا المدفوعة.

لا يعرض التطبيق إعلانات ولا يستخدم أي شبكة إعلانية أو تتبّع عبر التطبيقات (IDFA).

٥. الأسس القانونية للمعالجة

تنفيذ العقد: تشغيل اللعبة ومزامنة تقدمك وتفعيل اشتراكك.
الموافقة: حيثما تُطلب صراحةً (مثل ميزات مستقبلية اختيارية).
المصلحة المشروعة: تأمين الخدمة ومنع إساءة الاستخدام وتحسين التجربة.
الالتزام القانوني: عند إلزامنا قانوناً بالاحتفاظ ببيانات أو الإفصاح عنها.

٦. مشاركة البيانات والإفصاح عنها

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي جهة. لا نفصح عن بياناتك إلا: (أ) لمزوّدي الخدمات المذكورين في القسم ٤ وبالقدر اللازم لتشغيل التطبيق، أو (ب) امتثالاً لمتطلبات قانونية أو أوامر قضائية، أو (ج) في إطار نقل نشاط تجاري (اندماج أو استحواذ) مع بقاء بياناتك خاضعة لحماية مماثلة.

٧. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

بيانات الحساب وإحصاءات اللعب: طوال مدة وجود حسابك، وتُحذف عند حذفه.
بلاغات الأسئلة ومؤشرات اللعب: طوال مدة وجود حسابك أو للمدة اللازمة للمراجعة والتحسين، وتُحذف عند حذف الحساب.
تحديات App Attest صالحة لخمس دقائق فقط، وترتبط بالحساب ببصمة أحادية الاتجاه لا بمعرّفه الخام. تُحذف فور استخدامها، وتُجدول التحديات غير المستخدمة للحذف التلقائي بعد انتهاء صلاحيتها، كما تُحذف عند حذف الحساب. أما سجل المفتاح ومطالبة الجولة التعريفية فيُحتفظ بهما لمنع إعادة الاستخدام والاحتيال طوال تشغيل هذا العرض، ولا يحتوي سجل التثبيت معرّف حساب Firebase خاماً.
تقارير الأعطال والتشخيص المجهولة: 30 يوماً، ثم تُجدول للحذف التلقائي.
السجلات التشغيلية والأمنية الأخرى (بما فيها عناوين IP المؤقتة): مدد قصيرة لأغراض التشغيل ثم تُحذف.
سجلات المعاملات المجهولة: بحسب متطلبات المحاسبة والقانون.

يمكنك طلب الحذف في أي وقت (انظر القسم ١١).

٨. الأمان

نستخدم التشفير أثناء النقل (TLS/HTTPS) وضوابط وصول تُقيّد الاطلاع على البيانات بمن يحتاجها فقط. ومع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة ١٠٠٪، لذا لا يمكننا ضمان الأمان المطلق.

٩. خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون ١٣ عاماً (ودون ١٦ عاماً في الدول التي تشترط ذلك)، ولا نجمع عن علم بيانات منهم. إذا كنت ولي أمر وتعتقد أن طفلك زوّدنا ببيانات، فتواصل معنا على البريد أدناه وسنحذفها.

١٠. حقوقك

لك الحق في الوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها وحذفها ونقلها، والاعتراض على معالجتها، وسحب موافقتك في أي وقت، وتقديم شكوى إلى الجهة الرقابية المختصة.

سكان المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة (GDPR)

تُطبَّق الحقوق أعلاه بموجب اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات، ويشمل ذلك حق تقديم شكوى إلى سلطة حماية البيانات في بلد إقامتك.

سكان كاليفورنيا (CCPA/CPRA)

لك حق معرفة البيانات المجموعة عنك وحذفها وتصحيحها، وحق عدم التعرض للتمييز عند ممارسة حقوقك. نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا «نشاركها» بمفهوم الإعلانات السلوكية.

١١. حذف الحساب والبيانات

من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. يؤدي ذلك إلى حذف حسابك وإحصاءاتك وفئاتك العائلية من خوادمنا.

عبر البريد: راسلنا على fatinahgame@gmail.com من بريدك المسجَّل وسنُنفّذ الحذف خلال مدة أقصاها ٣٠ يوماً.

١٢. نقل البيانات دولياً

قد تُعالَج بياناتك على خوادم خارج دولة الكويت (لدى مزوّدي الخدمات المذكورين في القسم ٤، وقد تشمل الولايات المتحدة). نعتمد على الضمانات التعاقدية والتقنية التي يوفرها هؤلاء المزوّدون لحماية بياناتك بمستوى مكافئ.

١٣. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. عند إجراء تغييرات جوهرية سنخطرك داخل التطبيق أو عبر هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد سريان التغييرات يعني قبولك بها.

In short: We collect your account name and email when you sign in, and your gameplay stats (points, achievements) to sync them across your devices. 1. Introduction & Scope

This policy is issued by the independent individual developer of Fatinah ("we", "us"), based in Kuwait, as the data controller for the "Fatinah" (فطنة) app, an Arabic-language party & trivia game for iOS. It explains what data we collect when you use the app, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the rights you have. By using the app you acknowledge that you have read this policy.

2. Information We Collect

a. Data you provide

Sign-in information: name, email address or phone number, and account identifier, depending on the sign-in method you choose.
In-game content: team names and the family categories/questions you create.
Support correspondence when you contact us.

b. Data collected automatically

Gameplay stats: points, achievements, questions you've seen (to avoid repeats), and session duration.
Basic interaction metrics: game starts and completions, answer counts, and difficulty level, to improve the game without advertising tracking.
Question reports: the question ID and text, report reason, and any details you choose to provide, for content review and correction.
Technical data: a device/installation identifier for notifications, device model, OS and app version, language and region, crash and diagnostic logs, and a transient IP address for operational and security purposes.
App-integrity and abuse-prevention data: a pseudonymous App Attest key identifier, public key, receipt, assertion counter, short-lived cryptographic challenges, and introductory-round usage state. These are not advertising identifiers or biometric data.

c. Data we do NOT collect

The app does not collect contacts, photos, precise location, or health data, and does not use the microphone or camera. If a future feature requires any of these, we will first ask for your explicit in-app consent.

3. Purchases & Subscriptions

All payments and subscriptions are processed exclusively by Apple (App Store / StoreKit). We never receive or store card numbers or any banking details; we only receive an anonymized transaction/receipt identifier and your subscription status (active/expired) to unlock paid features.

The app shows no ads and uses no ad network or cross-app tracking (IDFA).

5. Legal Bases for Processing

Contract performance: running the game, syncing your progress, and activating your subscription.
Consent: where explicitly requested (e.g., optional future features).
Legitimate interests: securing the service, preventing abuse, and improving the experience.
Legal obligation: where we are legally required to retain or disclose data.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We only disclose it: (a) to the service providers listed in Section 4, to the extent necessary to operate the app; (b) to comply with legal requirements or court orders; or (c) as part of a business transfer (merger or acquisition), with your data remaining subject to equivalent protection.

7. Data Retention

Account data and gameplay stats: for as long as your account exists; deleted when the account is deleted.
Question reports and gameplay metrics: while your account exists or as needed for review and improvement; deleted when the account is deleted.
App Attest challenges are valid for five minutes and bind to a one-way account hash rather than the raw account ID. They are deleted when used, scheduled for automatic deletion after expiry when unused, and removed when the account is deleted. The key record and introductory-round claim are retained to prevent reuse and fraud while the offer operates; the installation claim contains no raw Firebase account ID.
Anonymous crash and diagnostic reports: 30 days, then scheduled for automatic deletion.
Other operational and security logs (including transient IP addresses): short periods for operational purposes, then deleted.
Anonymized transaction records: as required by accounting and law.

You may request deletion at any time (see Section 11).

8. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and access controls limiting data access to those who need it. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where required), and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us data, contact us at the email below and we will delete it.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, to object to its processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.

EEA/UK residents (GDPR)

The rights above apply under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country of residence.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

You have the right to know, delete, and correct the data collected about you, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell your personal data and do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

11. Account & Data Deletion

In-app: Settings → Delete Account. This deletes your account, stats, and family categories from our servers.

By email: write to fatinahgame@gmail.com from your registered email; we will complete the deletion within 30 days at most.

12. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers outside Kuwait (by the service providers listed in Section 4, potentially including the United States). We rely on the contractual and technical safeguards these providers offer to protect your data to an equivalent standard.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes we will notify you in the app or on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
